I need a browser extension that automatically turns video tutorials into text format so I can spend 3 seconds learning the information I need and not a minimum of 5 minutes

You can easily build this by extracting the transcript and training a GPT-3 module.

A chrome extension (anonymously) collect user IDs from tracking cookies and randomly replace them with others from the pool of collected IDs.

Hypothetically, could a browser extension (anonymously) collect user IDs from tracking cookies and randomly replace them with others from the pool of collected IDs, polluting cookie syncing match tables? Entirely hypothetically, of course...

Chrome wouldn’t let such an extension live in their store. You would have to help people install it manually. And to market this extension, I would approach newsletters like Branded.
